Ecosystems and research projects
At VTT, we aim to take part in solving common problems and helping to build a bright future through applied research. We engage in cooperative projects that we co-finance with our business partners and research funding agencies, such as Business Finland and the EU. VTT is also an active member of a number of international innovation ecosystems, and we have set up innovation ecosystems of our own in Finland.
Own look and feel
Usually each cooperative project, consortia or ecosystem has its own story to tell and therefore have their own visual identities that should be used in project materials.
Use VTT's templates, if the project has no own visual identity and VTT is the project lead, coordinator or owner.
Don't try to mix and match VTT´s brand components with other company visuals.

If you need to provide VTT logo or company description, share the elevator pitch, VTT logos and link to our website vttresearch.com. Share also relevant brand guidelines with the project partners.
The standardised elevator pitch is the basis for VTT profile, but feel free to add few sentences and additional info related to the project or ecosystem topic.
VTT logo is available in three different colour settings. The orange logo with white letters is the primary one. The letters of black and white logos act as a window to the background ("negative black and negative white logos").
When placing multiple company logos together, all the logos should be presented in a similar colour mode. Occasionally, project and ecosystem visuals use colour overlays for all the logos, and in these cases project identity guidelines are followed, as materials are not created in the name of VTT nor under VTT's guidelines.
