Events
Events enable meaningful encounters and build VTT's brand. Events are also big investments and require a lot of preparation. By utilising same guidelines, we enable an excellent participant experience that always looks and feels like VTT.
According to our brand promise, rather than settling for the ordinary, also our event presence should reflect our high ambition level and will to be a forerunner. Patterns form the main visible artwork of our events. Always choose one pattern and colour theme, and use them systematically across event materials. In visual design, aim for fresh, clear and simplified layout. Read also more about our company introduction and logo guidelines.
Virtual backgrounds
Virtual backgrounds based on our patterns or facilities build the image of VTT and strengthen our brand message. Utilise the VTT backgrounds in both internal and external online meetings and events.
Virtual events
Patterns are the main visual elements of our virtual events. Use calmer, close-up patterns in large surfaces and in backgrounds. Original patterns can be used in invitations and in details. Choose one pattern theme for your event and use the same pattern family across materials.
When working with third party tools, try to utilise VTT brand elements, colours and images as much as possible to provide VTT look and feel. Align also name plates and typography with VTT guidelines.
With online events, content takes the centre stage, so pay special attention to content flow and presentation materials.
Posters
Scientific posters are essential tools used in academic conferences, symposia, and other scientific events. Effective poster highlights the main message from a distance, has a limited amount of text, includes meaningful images or graphics, and features researcher names, references, and funding acknowledgments when applicable. White is the foundation for our template, and VTT logo and pattern banner is on top of the layout. Choose the pattern you prefer and use VTT's colours and fonts systematically.
Demos
When preparing demos and visualisations, ensure that they follow our brand guidelines, and use the latest logos, if there is one. Pay also attention to the descriptions cards. At its simplest, a demo card includes our orange logo and a black text description on a white background. If you have more content available online, add QR-codes to the text plates.
Small stands
Medium stands
For a typical 3x3 m booth, choose a simple pattern as the main graphic and use white furniture to keep the booth light and fresh. Keep wall messaging short and choose a key message that speaks to the audience. Utilise screens and demos to communicate VTT's offering.
Large exhibition stands
Choose a simple close-up pattern as a main visual. Utilise the white space and white furniture to create balance and harmony. Define a short key message that speaks to the audience. Show content on screens and if you have demos, ensure that they follow our brand guidelines. Grey is preferred in the carpet, but you can also use other VTT brand colours.
